Cofounder of the Guess? fashion brand, Armand Marciano, has listed his Benedict Canyon estate for $54.5 million. Featuring 30,000 square feet of living space, the home includes seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

Situated on nearly 20 acres of land, the expansive estate includes numerous high-end features such as a mosaic-tiled pool, landscaped gardens, nine fireplaces, an elevator, garage and motor court that can accommodate 27 cars, staff quarters with three bedrooms and a separate full kitchen, and more. According to the listing, there is also a tennis court, gym room, screening room, wine cellar, additional dining room, and an orchard.

The main home includes seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Perhaps a testament to the status of the neighborhood this home is located in, the listing notes that “nearby homes you might also like” to preview includes a $58 million estate with a massive swimming pool.

LA Curbed reports that the home was previously listed in 2011 for $63 million, but failed to sell.
