The Related Group recently revealed that Brickell Heights—a condominium tower located next to the two-million-square-foot Brickell CityCentre, which features 500,000 square feet of luxury retail, cinemas, and a hotel—has 70% of its 690 residences already reserved, with 50% in contract.
Phase One of the development involves a 49-story, two-tower project with rooftop pools, along with approximately 100,000 square feet of commercial and office space. Featuring interiors designed by David Rockwell—who designed the 2009 and 2010 Academy Award sets, as well as the green room at the 2014 Awards—the downtown Miami residential will showcase a glamorous and artsy vibe spiced with a contemporary twist.
Conceptualized by world-renowned design firm Arquitectonica, Brickell Heights will be the "fittest" structure on the block with its 35,000-square-foot, three-story Equinox fitness hub (the Club's soon-to-be new flagship) and SoulCycle studio, the first of its kind in downtown Miami.
It will also feature a state-of-the-art amenity deck outfitted with a media room, social rooms, and a children's play area.
Several colorful murals created by Argentinean artist Fabian Burgos will add flavor to the site surrounding the development's parking podium, which will be visible within all of Central Brickell.
