Frank D. Isoldi, a broker sales associate affiliated with the Westfield East office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, was ranked as the number one real estate agent in the entire company for 2014. Isoldi attained the highest closed sales volume among more than 3,000 associates.

A Westfield native, Isoldi achieved this momentous accomplishment as his latest achievement in 28 years of consistent sales success. For 12 consecutive years, he has been the number one sales associate at the Westfield East office. Isoldi has received the uppermost Coldwell Banker “International President’s Premier Award” for 18 consecutive years as well as the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) “Circle of Excellence Sales Award” at the highest “Platinum Level,” which he has received every year since 2003. Isoldi has been named New Jersey Monthly Magazine’s “Five Star Real Estate Agent” multiple times and was ranked as the No. 8 real estate agent in New Jersey-based on sales volume by the 2014 REAL Trends Best Real Estate Agents in America List. Haute Residence caught up with Isoldi to discuss how Westield's luxury market has been doing so far in 2020 and what buyers are looking for.

How has the luxury real estate market in Westfield been performing so far in 2020?

Due to the warm weather and lack of snow in our market area, our Spring Market has kicked in early...we are seeing more activity in the Luxury Market the past couple of weeks then we have seen in months.

What are buyers looking for in their homes in Westfield in 2020?

As always, quality finishes and location are key.  What has changed are conveniences to be able to walk to the downtown, parks, schools and NYC transportation.  Also, outdoor living spaces are very important.  It’s all about the lifestyle.

Which has been a highlight sale for you so far in 2020?

So far this year I had a fabulous listing in the heart of our Indian Forest section of town.  A beautifully decorated and maintained classic Colonial with amazing pool and outdoor living space.  That home went under contract within the first week of listing.  It was a featured home on your Instagram as well...thank you!

Are there any new restaurants or other spots in Westfield you’ve been loving lately?

In the past couple of years, we had a few great additions to our town...Akai Sushi, Addams Tavern, Spice Bazaar to name a few. We are excitedly awaiting the open of our first brewery and we have several old-time favorites including Sweet Waters Steakhouse and Ferraros.

It’s time for spring break. What is a fun activity in Westfield?

Spring in Westfield is magical....the trees are in bloom, the parks and playgrounds are bustling and outdoor dining begins.  One of the reasons so many people love to live in town is the great downtown.   When the restaurant doors are open and the tables are out on the sidewalks, you know Spring has officially arrived!
