The highly anticipated 30 Park Place (Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown) is slated to open next month, joining other global destinations in the collection, such as London, Bejing, and Florence.
Developed by Silverstein Properties and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown combines the very best in state-of-the-art design with the highest level of service and hospitality, exemplifying the new model for luxury living.
30 Park Place stands 926 feet tall and has 82 stories. Its 157 residences are perched atop a Four Seasons Hotel, ensconced in unparalleled 360-degree views of New York City. Design highlights include oversized bay windows, high ceilings reaching nearly 14 feet, and solid white oak wood flooring in three different patterns.
Robert A.M. Stern, founder of Robert A.M. Stern Architects, commented on the work: “We’re reinventing a New York tradition. 30 Park Place will recall the towers of the 1920s and '30s with an intricacy of shape and a strong skyline silhouette. You’ll get a first impression that’s a knockout, and then, as your eye travels over the surfaces, you’ll begin to see a depth of detail.”
The residences' hotel-style amenities include in-room dining; housekeeping; personal, child, and pet care; town car and travel services; and spa and salon services. Residents also have access to the Four Seasons Hotel amenities, which include a fitness facility with a glass walled yoga room; a screening room; a private dining room with appliqué decorative ceiling, catering kitchen, and adjacent loggia; a double height conservatory with a baby grand piano; a lounge, a children’s room, a 75-foot swimming pool with adjacent steam rooms, and a luxurious spa.
While its world class amenities will make being at home feel like a sumptuous vacation, 30 Park Place is situated in the heart of Tribeca, one of Manhattan's most vibrant downtown neighborhoods. Residents will be ideally located, steps from lower Manhattan's greatest dining (Le District, Delmonico’s, Hudson Stalls), shopping (Brookfield place), and the South Street Seaport.
The building is attracting residents and investors alike as it presents a great opportunity for rental income. Victoria Shtainer, CEO and founder, The Victoria Shtainer Team, when asked why her clients have been interested in 30 Park Place, replied, "My clients were looking for amenities and hotel style living, and there is nothing else that can compare to Four Seasons and 30 Park Place. This building is the only one like this, offering unparalleled amenities and spectacular city views."
