A Jade Signature penthouse was recently sold for $23.5 million. Buyer Adam Weitsman, owner and CEO of Upstate Shredding – Weitsman Recycling, connected with agent Chad Carroll, president of The Carroll Group, on Instagram. Sandra Chartouni with Fortune International Realty represented the seller and they closed the deal virtually.

The building was developed by Fortune International Group, who provided quick and attractive financing to the buyer through sister company Vaster. Vaster provides private loans for premier residential properties in Florida and New York.
