Legendary country music duo Faith Hill and Tim McGraw continue to leave the remaining 621 acres of their Nashville farm on the market, having only been able to sell 17% of the property for $3 million to a Texan couple after first putting the estate on the market in 2013.

The couple has divided the historic property into two distinct parcels, each featuring a pre-standing structure with Southern charm. A renovated 3,330 square-foot 19th-century log home sits on the larger parcel, while the main 6,856-square-foot antebellum house sits on the smaller. Together, the parcels can be bought for $18.5 million.

Allegedly, the latter structure—named Beechwood Hall—is worse for wear. Besides Beechwood Hall and the log home, the property has a 12-stall barn, caretaker's residence, two guest cabins, and ambient ponds.

A couple of fun facts: Hank Williams Sr. once held 400 acres of the property, and the Hill-McGraw duo compiled the 723 original acres in three separate purchases.

Steve Friedrich is the realtor for the estate, which is located at 4009 Carters Creek in Franklin, Tennessee—an area situated within the Nashville metropolitan area.
