Facebook Makes A Move Downtown

Mark Zuckerberg is in the process of negotiating a lease for the seventh and eighth floors at 770 Broadway between eighth and ninth streets. Facebook, now boasting a user base of over one billion, is seeking an additional 160,000 sq. ft, according to Crains New York.

Currently, Facebook’s corporate office resides at at 335 Madison Ave. between 43rd and 44th streets, but an increase in staff may leave the company squeezed for space.
