The Estates At Acqualina Releases Renderings Of Palazzo Di Paradiso Penthouse

The Estates at Acqualina just released new renderings of its new penthouse, Palazzo di Paradiso.

The high-rise residence is going to be located on the 51st and 52nd floors of the Boutique North Tower of the $1.8 billion residential development located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, slated to open later this year. Palazzo di Paradiso is priced at $59 million.

The release of the high-rise residence's new renderings continues the stellar year The Estates at Acqualina has had already. It recently announced its achievement of over $375 million in sales of 46 units for the 2021 calendar, so far.

The Estates at Acqualina’s South Tower will deliver in Fall of this year, closely followed by the rest of the development. Villa Acqualina, a 45,000 square foot facility of ultimate luxury and leisure. It will feature a two-story speakeasy, 30-foot-long rare onyx bar, an intimate wine room for private dining, a cigar room, and 5,000 square feet of private ocean view lounge space. It will also feature Avra, a Greek estiatorio following its three top-rated locations in Madison Avenue and Midtown Manhattan, and Beverly Hills.

The Boutique Tower will be completed in Winter 2022.

The Estates at Acqualina offers residences from three to seven bedrooms in its two 50-story boutique towers, all with top-of-the-line appliances, imported stone countertops, smart-home technology and 10-foot 6-inch ceilings. Each master suite will boast his and her bathroom suites with imported onyx countertops and walls and marble floors, a steam mist shower, a free-standing tub, an ocean-view shower and elaborate his and her dressing rooms. The Estates’ 5.6 acres of grounds and gardens will offer lush landscaped gardens, multiple pools, a FlowRider® wave simulator, a basketball court, a bocce court, a dog park, soccer field, a beachfront restaurant and five-star beach and pool services. Also available will be 24-hour valet, 24-hour security services, a full service resident concierge and a house Rolls-Royce car.
