Erika Jayne, formerly Erika Girardi, and her now estranged husband Tom Girardi are no strangers to television drama as they first joined “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in 2015, but in the face of recent legal and financial drama, the former couple is now selling their lavish mansion in Pasadena, CA for $13 million.

In 1980, Tom Girardi purchased the Pasadena home at a price of $1.3 million. Since then, the former attorney has been involved in various financial complications including the alleged embezzlement of $2 million intended for the victims of the 2018 Lion Air plane crash. This scandal has led to a bankruptcy filing. Once the Pasadena property goes under contract, Tom Girardi must move out in 20 days. Meanwhile, Erika Jayne has been residing at another location since November when the couple filed for divorce. Proceeds of the real estate sale will reportedly go towards paying off the couple’s debt.

Built in 1928 by architect Myron Hubbard Hunt, the Mediterranean style mansion in Pasadena spans 10,277 square feet. Set across two acres of scenic grounds, the property opens to a gated driveway leading to the home’s bronze front doors. Stepping inside, the mansion features a stylish living room with a fireplace, extravagant dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, and casual dining area with access to the patio. Through a wall of French doors, the landscaped outdoor grounds highlight elegant fountains and serene gardens. The master suite includes dual dressing areas, a salon area, and luxurious bath surrounded by silk walls. The main level also includes a spacious guest suite and on the opposite wing of the home rests two bedrooms and a private chapel.

While Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi are ready to bid farewell to their former home, their real estate listing is “an opportunity to own true piece of Pasadena history."
