Dwyane Wade Lists His Pinecrest Estate

Miami Heat super-star, Dwyane Wade, has listed his luxurious 11,611-square-foot Pinecrest estate for sale on November 13, 2009.

In mid-November, NBA champion Dwyane Wade’s beautiful seven bedroom, seven and a half bathroom estate in Miami was listed on a website called billionaireXchange. The swanky, sprawling home had a starting bid of $4,599,000 but it is yet to receive any bids. Official bidding is set to end on December 13, so if you’re looking for a nice holiday gift for a Miami Heat basketball fan, this could be your solution—assuming you have $4.5 million dollars to shell out over the holidays.

The home is unique in many ways, including the backyard pool that is in-laid with the athelete’s nickname, Flash, and the number 3 to represent his Miami Heat jersey number. The new owner of the home will either have to be a Wade-enthusiast who is looking to enjoy the famous basketball player’s personal touches in the home, or they may have some serious backyard remodeling to do.
