Drake Snags LA Cave Home for a Discounted Price of $7.7 Mil

Performer Drake has purchased an unusual Los Angeles home with a cave-housed pool at a massive discount.

The six-bedroom, 10-bath home was originally listed back in 2009 for $27 million. Drake was able to ink a deal for the 7,400-square-foot home and property at the relative steal of $7.7 million.

Inside, the home boasts vaulted wood beam ceilings and floral paneling, but it is the outside of the main house that sets it apart from other LA mansions.

Drake's new backyard features tennis and volleyball courts and an equestrian ring and stable. The highlight: a swimming pool that leads into a cave with a wet bar.

Also included in the price is an 80-foot water slide and a mechanical bull.

Larry Pollack, the owner of Saddle Ranch Chop Houses, was the previous owner. He bought the property in 2003 and spent the next four years updating it.
