Pacific Heights is the premium location in San Francisco, primarily consisting of affluent and comfortably settled and established families, both young and old.

There are several commercial blocks within the community with active and exclusive shops and restaurants. San Francisco is committed to creating and supporting neighborhood businesses, and this area is thriving with lots of sidewalk traffic. Most of the private schools are also located within this neighborhood.

In Pacific Heights, the neighborhood is comfortable and quieter than downtown or the financial districts close by. There are two major parks, Alta Plaza and Lafayette, with the Presidio National Park and amenities also nearby.

There are mansions, villas and chateaux, and town homes interspersed with condominiums and co-ops plus a few multi-family dwellings affording a range of accommodations for generations.
