The West Hollywood bachelor pad Calvin Harris has had since 2013 is now available for purchase.
The DJ and multiplatinum music producer purchased the property––which features a two-story guesthouse with a private entrance, landscaping that is lush, an infinity edge pool, and a gated driveway for $7 million––and is now looking to sell it for $9.995 million.
The main residence features four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with open-bar seating, a spacious state-of-the-art theater, a spa with both a sauna and steam room, and fire pits with their own built-in lounge seating. The 4,127-square-feet home was built in 1953 and overlooks the bright city lights of Los Angeles. Trulia describes it as a “Zen-inspired contemporary masterpiece on one of the most highly-coveted streets above the Sunset Strip.”
Though Harris is selling this home, he doesn’t have to be in a rush to find a new home, because he has another multimillion crib in Beverly Hills. Purchased in 2014 for $15 million, the 18,000-square-foot Beverly Hills estate has 10 bedrooms and more than 10 bathrooms.
In June of last year, Harris and his pop star girlfriend Taylor Swift were named Forbes’ "Highest-Paid Celebrity Couple." Collectively, the power couple brought in $146 million.
