David Sanborn Lists $12M Manhattan Townhouse

David Sanborn recently listed his New York City brownstone townhouse for a mere $12,000,000. The space features 5,500 sq. ft., five bedrooms, three full baths and two half-baths, and it also spans 19 ft. The saxophonist must be sad to see the 20th century home change hands, but it seems that Sanborn and his wife, Sofia, are ready for a change.

Floor plans reveal six fireplaces, a music studio, a total of thirteen rooms, a classic stoop, inlaid parquet floors, oak-coffered 11 ft. ceilings, crown moldings,  garden-level kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances and much more.
