David Duchovny and Tea Leoni may have split back in 2011, but the Hollywood power couple wasn't ready to part with their Upper East Side triplex maisonette until now. The former couple just listed their unit for $9.25 million, reports Curbed.

Located at 170 East 78th Street, the unit boasts four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a paneled living room, 13-foot ceilings, a private garden, state-of-the-art kitchen -- and a whole lot of stairs! Duchovny and Leoni purchased the unit, which was originally built as three separate artist studios, in 2008 for $6.25 million.
