A concierge broker in the truest sense of the term, Dante DiSabato works tirelessly to ensure his clients’ satisfaction, bringing discipline and competitive spirit to real estate that’s perfectly in tune with getting the best for his customers. Over the course of his career specializing in the Naples, Florida, luxury market, he’s helped his clients buy and sell more than $250M in real estate, providing him with the keen experience of navigating a large volume of transactions.

In addition, DiSabato is one of Florida’s youngest members of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, a global collection of the finest luxury real estate brokers in the world. He’s been named a ‘Top Producer’ handling transactions in Old Naples, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Park Shore, Moorings, Coquina Sands, and Pelican Bay, and is licensed to sell both residential and commercial real estate in Ohio. And in moving to Naples from Columbus, Ohio, he has added insight to the process of relocating that many agents do not have. Year-to-date, DiSabato sales for 2018 are more than $36 million. Haute Residence caught up with DiSabato to discuss Naples in the summertime and the best places to visit this time of year in Naples:

Are there many tourists in Naples this time of year?

Yes. It might come as a surprise to some, but Naples has been very busy this summer and seems to get a little busier every summer. It is hot everywhere so I feel that people want to travel where there is a beautiful breeze. We’ve also been very busy this summer with sales. Our June activity was up since last year and many buyers are coming down to check out what’s available.

What are some activities that happen in Naples this time of year?

I can’t say that there are any specific summertime activities in Naples. Everything you can do here during season (golf, tennis, fine dining, shopping, boating, etc.) can be done in the summer, but with much less congestion! It’s actually a terrific time to be here — assuming you don’t mind a little afternoon shower to cool things off.

What are some great restaurants or outdoor activities you enjoy hanging out at during the Summer?

Gumbo Limbo, Turtle Club, Baleens are all great restaurants during the summer. Easy access with less people here and you pick up a Gulf breeze while eating and it is actually quite pleasant. Activity wise, if you get an early tee time, golf is still up at the top of my list, however some will like the beach due to the cooling breeze.

Is Summer your favorite time of year in Naples?

Summer is a great time of the year in Naples. We are still busy with people looking for property and it is not as congested as it can be during season. We are finally getting year-round buyers and sellers, so our market continues to increases over the summer without having to deal with the “lookers” of season.

Is Summer your favorite season in Naples?

It is not my personal favorite time, but one of my favorites due to the ability to get work done without fighting the crowds. The secret is out on Naples. Everyone wants to be here during season. My actual favorite time is the fall. Great weather, people start to slowly come back in, and you can still get a reservation!
