A concierge broker in the truest sense of the term, Dante DiSabato works tirelessly to ensure his clients’ satisfaction, bringing discipline and competitive spirit to real estate that’s perfectly in tune with getting the best for his customers. Over the course of his career specializing in the Naples, Florida, luxury market, he’s helped his clients buy and sell more than $250M in real estate, providing him with the keen experience of navigating a large volume of transactions. Haute Residence caught up with DiSabato to discuss the real estate market in Naples and what buyers are looking for in 2020.

How has the luxury real estate market in Naples been performing so far in 2020?

The luxury market currently has been performing at a high level. We have seen more than 10 sales already over $5 million close in the first two months. And March looks to keep that success going.

What are buyers looking for in their homes in Naples in 2020?

Buyers are looking for new properties that are in great locations and finished. Most buyers here do not want to do updates. Location is key, but right now there is a lack of inventory in our market.

Which has been a highlight sale for you so far in 2020?

333 Gulf Shore Blvd South sold for $8.9 million the second-highest sale so far in Naples this year per the MLS. It was a stunning — and new — 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath contemporary built by Limitless Development that was just 2 houses from the beach.

Are there any new restaurants or other spots in Naples you’ve been loving lately?

There is the London Club and The Club Room by Campiellos that just opened up. They both are nice spots for drinks and live entertainment. Both have been getting a lot of buzz lately.

It’s time for spring break. What is a fun activity in Naples?

There are a great number of activities to do in Southwest Florida. There is golf, boating, the beach, farmers markets, but I would say the best activity right now is to go to the Twins or Red Sox Spring Training games at CenturyLink Sports Complex and Jet Blue Ball Park (respectively). People come from all over North America to sample Spring Training and we have some of the best teams right here.
