Developed by Anbau––a leading developer of luxury residential properties throughout New York City––and represented exclusively by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, Citizen360 is a 34-story luxury condominium featuring 84 units, including one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Architectural firm, SHoP Architects, designed Citizen360, while interior designer Clodagh, best known for designing spas and hospitality spaces, handled the interior designing of the property.

The residences range in space from 900 square feet to 4,500 square feet and range in price from $1.3 million to more than $12 million. Each unit has a Gourmet chef’s kitchen with integrated water filtration systems, wine refrigerators, Bosch dishwashers, and gas cooktops; a master bathroom outfitted with limestone flooring and walls, fixtures by Clodagh 27 and Duravit, and custom-built medicine cabinets and vanities; floor-to-ceiling windows; and white oak flooring. Several residences are accompanied by large terraces. There is also a duplex penthouse with glass walls, a fireplace, and plenty of outdoor space. The lobby features aged limestone flooring, a concierge desk made from reclaimed walnut, a slatted walnut ceiling, a garden wall, and an integrated water feature.

Citizen360, which is located on the Upper East Side in the Yorkville neighborhood and is in close proximity to well-known parks, museums, galleries, hospitals, and some of New York City’s most coveted private schools, offers residents access to amenities such as a fitness center with a yoga studio, an entertainment suite, a screening room, a private lounge, a multimedia studio, an art studio, a children’s playroom, and a catering kitchen, while also providing a 24-hour doorman, bicycle storage, and on-site automated parking.

“Following the success of our Citizen condominium in Chelsea, we saw Yorkville as the ideal area to extend the Citizen brand since it offers residents a classic New York neighborhood with many new retailers and lifestyle services just steps from the property,” said Anbau’s president, Stephen Glascock. “With Citizen360, we sought to reflect the sense of community in the design by incorporating residences with spacious floor plans and amenities that bring neighbors together.”
