Chris Pine has primarily stayed off the tabloid radar with his real estate portfolio unlike many Hollywood stars with their myriad of extravagant estates. Pine reportedly resides in his Los Feliz home which he purchased from actor Jason Lee in 2010 for $3.1 million. Recently, though, Pine has acquired another abode in Valley Village, Los Angeles. The newly purchased home was last sold in 2015 for $899,000 and in January of this year, it was once more listed on the market at $1.35 million. After several months, Pine secured the purchase at a slightly heightened price of $1.375 million. However, despite his efforts and investment, this residence is reportedly intended to be a gift for a relative. Although it is unknown who exactly the property will be going to, the humble Valley Village house will surely make a welcoming home.

Built in 1947, Pine’s newfound property spans 1,800 square feet of living space and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The quaint home highlights a charming interior of two living rooms with wood flooring and a fireplace. The open style kitchen is equipped with white and red cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and space for a dining table and chairs. The remodeled master suite presents a seating area, large windows, and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and dual vanities. Stepping outside, the exterior offers 9,000 square feet of space perfect for lounging or entertaining. The covered patio area is surrounded by eco-friendly landscaping with artificial grass and a solar-heated pool. The backyard also features a 400 square foot converted garage or bonus room with an ensuite bathroom and detached shed that can be converted into a home office.
