Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach Posts Record Sales Pace, Already Hit $44 Million

Interest in wellness and holistic care are helping to drive sales at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach to a record pace.

In the first quarter of 2012, Canyon Ranch reports 42 closings on their luxury condominiums, exceeding a record sales mark from 2011, not to mention a $44 million value. Another 45 residences are under contract already this year.

The concept behind Canyon Ranch Miami Beach is to combine beachfront residences with holistic living guided by the principles of physical activity, nutrition, spiritual awareness and integrative health. The 580 units come in one, two or three bedrooms and are in three towers nestled around a wellness spa. The complex includes a 150-room hotel located in the center of three blue-glass towers; the center tower was formally the Carillon Hotel.

“Buyers seeking both a healthy lifestyle and luxury living know they can find this distinct combination only at Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach,” Mark Pordes, Pordes Residential principal, said.

Pordes Residential began marketing the condominiums back in 2010. Most of the remaining available units are in the north tower, but there are some select residences available in the central and south towers.
