Calvin Klein is no stranger to beautiful real estate, and it's no secret that his newest venture has been under construction for years. Finally, the project seems like it's nearing completion. Klein purchased the property in 2004 for around $30M and leveled the castle-like residence that once stood there. Klein reportedly had to obtain a $350,000 building permit from the Village of Southampton, according to The New York Times. The new minimalist-style home he’s building features glass walls, an infinity pool, plush white furniture, waterfront views and an excellent location with ten acres all to himself.
