According to the Wall Street Journal, the current owner of Willis' desirable is Wesley Edens, a part-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks. Mr. Edens listed the property, part of a pre-war co-op, at $16.995 million last October.

Characterized by lofty ceilings, custom woodwork, and Park-facing picture windows, the townhouse has six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. Its master suite boasts walk-in closets, a deep soaking tub, and a standalone shower stall. Additional amenities include a formal dining room with space for a dozen guests, and a kitchen with Uba Tuba-honed granite countertops, a six-burner Viking range, and two full-size Sub-Zero refrigerators.
