Brickell Flatiron, Downtown Miami’s Newest Architectural Icon

Brickell Flatiron proves the belief that has been around for the past few years: Miami has become the "Mini-Manhattan" as some of the most impressive residential skyscrapers have been painting the landscape of the South Florida growing metropolis.

The Miami version of New York City's Flatiron Building is complete. Residents have taken over their units, designing them and preparing to move in.

The restaurants, hotels and shopping centers of Brickell Financial District in Downtown Miami have a new focal in Brickell Flatiron, the 64-story luxury condominium constructed by CMC Group.

Milan-born developer Ugo Colombo partnered with master Italian design architect Massimo Iosa Ghini to make the residential gem. The flatiron shape of the tower is paired with flowing, curvilinear forms.

Iosa Ghini uses inspiration from Brickell Flatiron’s curved façade, (designed by acclaimed Miami architect Luis Revuelta) to outline the building’s sleek amenity spaces, creating a seamless transition from exterior to interior.

The amenities at the highest level of Brickell Flatiron include a Sky Spa, Sky Pool and Sky Gym, with a 360-degree panoramic view of Biscayne Bay and Miami.

Other services in the building available for residents feature private steam, sauna and locker facilities. The 6,300 square foot fitness center accommodates pilates, yoga and aerobics studios, as well as a juice bar.

The resort-style lap pool and a separate children's pool on the 18th floor add to the aquatic amenities at the tower.

A private movie theater with stadium seating, billiards and cigar room, wine cellar, 24-hour concierge and valet parking, on-site washing and detailing and electric car-charging stations provide residents with even more ease to a luxurious South Florida lifestyle.

The residences remaining for purchase range from one- to five-bedroom condos, priced from $790,000 to $3 million. An upper duplex penthouse is available for $8 million.
