What local amenities does this area have to offer (parks, community center, recreation programs)?

Bucks County is made up of multitude of parks and recreation areas: Tylor State Park, Washington Crossing Park just to  name a few.

Can you describe the local school system, and what type of education children get here (private, public, charter - focus on sports, the arts, etc.)? 

Ccouncil Rock School District is one of the best public system school districts in the nation. The area has to offer many private and parochial schools like St. Bede's, Villa Joseph Marie, George School as well as Bucks County Community College, Holy Family and La Salle University.

What is the community culture like (i.e. private, gated, urban, diverse, etc)

Bucks is one of the oldest communities in the country and has a very rich history. Of  very old farm houses and tons built around farming communities that have been around thriving for the last 300 years. This area shows no signs ff decline offering new modern communities and developments to young families as well as older adults.

What is transportation like to the area's major surrounding cities, or within the city?

Most areas have convenient access to highways and both New Jersey and Pa turnpike. For those who prefer not to drive there is the whole  network of transit stations taking commuters to Philadelphia or NYC and anyplace in between.

Is there a strong political presence or community leader involvement in this area?

Political figures certainly like to maintain their presence in the community. Their offices remain being strategically placed throughout all areas.

Are there any local traditions that bring the community together? (sports events, charity events, sales, holiday celebrations)?

Communities love getting together for various holiday parades and school sports. Twice a year parks and recreations dpt  organizes crafts festivals.

What is the job market like or major industries that are at the core of this area?

 The job market in Bucks County is historically better that in the rest of the country or even the state.

What are some thriving small local businesses that make an impact in the community?

Since the  local population loves eating out it is safe to say that various restaurants usually do well here, especially the ones that offer outside seating.
