How did the real estate market look in the beginning of 2020?

The world looked a lot different at the beginning of 2020 and the real estate market has no exception. We have been very fortunate to benefit from the pandemic exodus seen throughout the big cities in the US, where people have been moving either to the suburbs or to places where they can have bigger spaces, more usable amenities, and privacy. That is why we have seen a significant increase in the volume of demand for our ultra-luxury estates at AKAI Estates.

What, if any, changes did the pandemic have on prices? On inventory?

Inventory is short and prices have been increasing gradually.

Professionally, what have you learned in 2020 about yourself?

This year we have learned substantially more than any other year in our lives, as the pandemic transformed the way we live, the way we act, and the way we see our relationships and its respective relation to work. It has been a big experience and I am a firm believer we are growing for the better!
