Sales have launched for Atlanta’s tallest residential tower, No 2. Opus Place, a planned 53-story high-rise in Midtown, according to press materials.
A project by developer, Olympia Heights Management, and architecture firm, Perkins + Will, the skyscraper will be located within the 4.50-acre, mixed-use complex, Opus Place.
The 232 residences, designed by Champalimaud, will be a mix of one- to three-bedroom homes and penthouses––ranging from 980 square feet, to 5,000 square feet––with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering endless views of the city. Unit prices range from approximately $700,000 to $12 million.
Among No. 2’s most notable amenities will be The Opus Club, a 45,000-square-foot space featuring fitness and wellness facilities.
Spanning three floors, the club’s Entrance Suite will offer a 24-hour concierge, an onsite-lifestyle curator, doorman and valet services, and on-site parking—all situated within a double-height space complemented by a contemporary crystal chandelier and a blue-chip art collection.
The Wellness Club, located on the ninth floor, will feature a resort-style pool with a private cabana; an outdoor lounge area with fire pits; an outdoor kitchen a dining area and barbecues grills; an open-air lounge with a juice bar; an infinity lap pool; and a dog run. Inside, there will be a wellness director, a spa attendant and treatment rooms; a state-of-the-art gym; a pilates and yoga studio, and a sauna and steam room.
On the 41st floor, the Mozart Club will host an IMAX theater screening room; a culture and ultra-lounge; a library; a cocktail bar; a demonstration kitchen and a private dining room; a tasting lounge; a wine tasting and storage room; and three golf simulators.
Construction is planned to begin this fall, with move-ins anticipated for the end of 2019. The project is expected to be fully completed by early 2020.
