On Friday, October 25th, Aston Martin Residences partnered with Haute Living for a cocktail with its network members across Haute Design, Haute Beauty and Haute Residence.
Doctors, designers, brokers, and real estate agents gathered in the sales gallery as the indulged in light bites from Zuma Restaurant and drinks taking in the gorgeous view of the soon-to-open residence in downtown Miami.The sail-boat line designed building will make up of 391 condo residences and be 66 stories high. Residents will be able to enjoy views of the Miami Skyline, Biscayne Bay, Miami River, and the Ocean.
Residences will vary from the largest tri-level penthouse measuring 18,811 square feet to studios of 698 square feet. All penthouses will have private pools and large terraces. Top-of-the-line European appliances and cabinetry, marble flooring, floor to ceiling glass sliding windows and private balconies with glass railings are just some of the features of the residences.
Building services will include concierge and hospitality inspired services, 24-hour valet and self-parking options, and electric car charging stations. Aston Martin Residences prices will range from $500,000 to $7,000,000 for conventional units, with penthouses from $14,000,000 to $35,000,000, including the Triplex PH with private pools.
