Several months after her split from Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie has reportedly made an offer on the historic “Cecil B. DeMille Estate” in Los Feliz, California, according to Variety.
The estate is listed for $24,950,000 by its current owners novelist, Richard Grossman, and his wife art consultant Lisa Lyons.
Situated on 2.1 acres in gated Laughlin Park, the 11,000-square-foot, Beaux Arts-style mansion, built in 1913, is complemented by a pool house and a studio house and is surrounded by expansive lawns and rose gardens.
The residence underwent a six-year renovation, restoring original details and adding modern features, including an Old Hollywood-style pool with arched fountains.
The listing at 2000 De Mille Drive is held by Brett Lawyer, Branden Williams, and Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland.
