Former Miami Heat player Alonzo Mourning has just purchased a $4.5 million mansion in the Pinecrest area of Miami, Florida.

Daily Business Review reports that Mourning and his wife Tracy purchased the 11,000-square-foot home in an effort to downsize from their former Coral Gables mansion, which is now on the market for $13.9 million. While their old waterfront home featured eight bedrooms, their new estate is situated on nearly an acre of land and is still very spacious with six-bedrooms and nine-bathrooms. Built in 2008, the gated home also has a pool, a wood-paneled library, a bar, a formal living and dining room, an elevator, a hot tub in a lounging area and a guest house with two bedrooms.
