All Units At The Luxurious Faena House Now On The Market

Faena House is known as Miami's most expensive condominium tower of the moment. With a sublime design by Foster + Partners, a location within the rarified Faena District, and the most expensive residential listing in Miami-Dade County, Faena House is certainly the tops. It also has quite a few units currently on the market. Here they are:

Penthouse A: $55 Million

The top penthouse at Faena House, the unit spans the full top floor of the building and contains a long rooftop pool above. The unit stretches over 8,000 square feet under air and a full additional 7,000 square feet of exterior space wrapping the entire penthouse in a gigantic interconnected balcony modeled after the Alero of the Argentine country house.

Penthouse B $18 Million

Purchased at the same time as Penthouse A by a single owner, it is thought that billionaire Kenneth Griffin intended to combine the units to create an even more spectacular triplex. However, Griffin decided to relist both penthouses separately on the market. Spreading over a full half of the 15th floor, Penthouse B is an expansive 4,250 square feet, with an additional 2,750 square feet of exterior alero space looking out to the west over the City of Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay.

Penthouse D $33.9 Million

Almost as large as the top penthouse in interior square footage at 7,000 square feet, Penthouse D is considerably less expensive and yet still one of the most costly properties currently on the market. Its wrap-around alero is over 2,000 square feet, and connects all of the units' main rooms.

Apartment 14C $9.5 Million

Sitting at the roofline of many neighboring buildings, like the art deco Versailles tower next door, Apartment 14C captures bay and city views as well as the spectacular sunset over the Everglades in the far distance.

Apartment 7C: $7.2 million

Unit 7C is the most affordable of the bunch, if you use the term 'affordable' loosely, at $7.2 million. With 2,000 square feet of interior space and 1,000 square feet of alero, it has a side but still nice view of the ocean.

Apartment 6A $14.5 Million

It may be on a lower floor, but Apartment 6A is nothing to sneeze at, and priced accordingly. It has about 4,750 of interior square footage, and a few thousand of that signature Faena exterior 'alero' facing the ocean.

Apartment 5B $9.5 Million

At about 2,000 square feet of interior square footage and 1,000 square feet of alero, Apartment 5B has the same luxurious kitchen and bathroom finishes, high ceilings, wide glass walls, and expansive balconies as all the units above it.
