Alexander Wang’s Sleek NYC Pad Is up for Grabs for $3.75 Million

Last year, Alexander Wang, the designer behind brands such as Alexander Wang and T by Alexander Wang, and who also served as Balenciaga’s creative director, debuted a furniture line in collaboration with Poltona Frau. Those who own pieces from the collection can now house their Wang chairs (and clothing) in his former home. This opportunity of a lifetime does, however, come with the hefty price tag of $3.75 million.

The fashion designer has put his one-bedroom, two-bathroom loft apartment on the market. Described as a “chic loft in prime Tribeca”, the third-floor Worth Street home boasts large ceilings, large windows, and fantastic natural lighting. The ceilings are made of restored tin, while floors feature ebony-stained wood.

Featuring a built-in island, the kitchen comes with both Sub Zero and Gagganeau appliances, stainless steel cabinetry, and counters made of white marble. The spacious bedroom has its own walk-in dressing room, which makes sense since we’re talking about the bedroom of a world-renown fashion designer like Alexander Wang. The two bathrooms have access to a large utility room that is accompanied by a washer-dryer. There is also a roomy living area, which has been divided into sections, such as a living room, a dining room, and a den area.

Wang purchased the home about six years ago for $2 million.
