Alan Ojeda, Miami developer of Rilea Group, has launched his new project The Bond, a 44-story, 323-unit luxury condominium located at 1080 Brickell Avenue. Ojeda, a developer known for his simplicity and quality, has already built a number of residential and commercial projects in Miami including the 1450 Brickell office tower, One Broadway apartments and the Sabadell Financial Center.

Construction on The Bond will begin in August and feature two pools, a fitness center and spa, 24-hour valet parking, a 595-space garage, a children’s area, business center and a 5,000 square-foot restaurant in the lobby.  Ojeda is working on the condominium with architect Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates and Miami-based Coastal Construction. “I’m looking for a very urban, New York/London feel. Not flashy, but solid, sound elegance,” said Ojeda.

Units will start at $300,000 for a studio and go over $1 million for larger units which go up to three bedrooms. The Bond is located in Brickell placed between Brickell Avenue and South Miami Avenue, next to the Related Groups up-and-coming 1100 Millecento and the Capital at Brickell.
