Located at 84 William Street in Manhattan’s Financial District, AKA Wall Street is AKA’s first downtown Manhattan property, and the very first all-residential luxury hotel to hit New York City’s downtown area.

The 17-story building housing AKA Wall Street features a pre-war façade made of rusticated white marble, terra cotta, and brick in the style of classic English Baroque architecture. There are 132 roomy units, which include studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse suites, ranging in size from 362 square feet to 1,103 square-feet.

“Affluent travelers want more than a bed and a mini-bar,” says AKA’s president Larry Korman. “We provide them with a place where they can feel at home in the world wherever they go.  With the renaissance of FiDi, AKA Wall Street is poised to satisfy the need for hotel residences downtown.”

With ovens, microwaves, and half-size refrigerators, every kitchen is fully equipped and boasts state-of-the-art appliances, as well as stainless-steel Celador countertops and custom-made Italian cabinetry. Units also include living areas, spacious closets, and high-speed WiFi.

Guests staying at AKA Wall Street will have access to a spectacular rooftop, a state-of-the-art outdoor cinema that can be reserved for screenings, a lounge, a conference room, a fitness center with high-tech Technogym equipment, and curated art throughout.

AKA Wall Street has a resident services crew that is dedicated to providing a personalized and authentic New York City experience and will offer access to “world-class as well as street-grown cultural, dining and shopping experiences,” such as the best tickets and restaurant reservations the city has to offer, and world-renowned parks, museums, and shopping.
