Award-winning actor and musician, Jeff Bridges, known for films like Crazy Heart, True Grit, and The Big Lebowski, recently sold his bewitching vineyard estate in Montecito for $15.925 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

He and his wife Susan Geston listed the 19.5-acre residence, which they bought for less than $7 million in 1994, on the market for $29.5 million. It was previously owned by Grammy-winning musician, Kenny Loggins.

Built in 1988, the six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom, Tuscan-inspired main house, named “Villa Santa Lucia,” was designed by Santa Barbara architect, Barry Berkus.

Past a stone-lined motor court, the hand-carved front door opens to the formal entry hall, adorned with thick stone pillars and enclosed by cascading groin vault ceilings.

The hallway leads to a sunken living room, complemented by an antique stone fireplace. From the living room, French doors open to a terrace offering ocean views.

Within the main house’s 9,535 square feet, there is also a library with rough-sawn beams, reclaimed from East Coast bridges, and a study or meditation room attached to a roof deck.

Outside, rolling lawns covered in oak, olive, and Italian cypress trees, surround a stone-edged swimming pool and a footbridge that crosses a stream.
