From Rosewood High School to the Hollywood Hills, actor Ian Harding, who is best known for his role as the handsome English teacher, Ezra Fitz, on the hit TV series, Pretty Little Liars, has listed his Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, home for $1.35 million.

Harding and his girlfriend Sophie Hart were interviewed about their home back in 2014. Harding said that he quickly acclimated to life in Los Angeles when he began filming Pretty Little Liars and settled into a centrally located apartment. But, longing for a life similar to his upbringing in Virginia, he soon began to shop around for real estate. “I wanted to live in an area that was tucked away,” he said. “I didn’t want to hear any cars. I wanted to see birds and trees, so the canyon made the most sense.” The couple has been living in the home for about two and a half years.

Built in 1948, the three-bedroom, two-bath is described as “bohemian” by listing agent Courtney Van Cott of Partners Trust. The retreat boasts a large deck for entertaining and a spacious guest suite with its own kitchenette situated on this rare double-lot property in the sought-after neighborhood. The couple hired Shannon Ggem, a Los Angeles-based interior designer, to help them decorate the 1,241-square-foot home.
