A powerhouse conglomerate of South Florida developers are partnering to create Fort Lauderdale’s most coveted residential address and luxury destination—Auberge Beach Residences & Spa.
The Related Group and Fortune International Group of Miami are uniting with Fairwinds Group of Fort Lauderdale to develop a 171-unit beachfront condominium on 4.6 acres of prime beachfront at the site of the former Ireland’s Inn Beach Resort. Housed in two iconic buildings, the luxury condos will offer sweeping ocean views, expansive terraces and resort amenities for year-round indoor-outdoor living.
Already touted as the city’s most refined go-to destination for those seeking incomparable design and resort living, the high-rise will be the only on-the-sand luxury condo in the area. Residences will be priced from $1.5 million to $8 million.
