Entrepreneur and fitness and nutrition advocate Theresa Roemer has listed her 17,315 square-foot, nine-bedroom, 11-bath Texas home for $12.9 million.
Located on 2.04 acres within a gated community in The Woodlands, the ultra-luxe mansion—which has many astounding qualities—is most famous for its jaw-dropping three-story closet. Referred to by Roemer as a “female man-cave,” the unbelievable closet, valued at $500,000, spans 3,000 square feet.
The palatial house also features an impressive entryway, with tower water fountains outside, a commercial-grade window wall, a Swarovski Crystal chandelier and an elegant staircase. Outside, the house has a lap-sized pool with several fountains, a kitchen with a grill, and a covered veranda.
The light-filled living room has a 20-foot high ceiling and a window wall. A second-floor family room (with a full wet bar), is located across from a huge kitchen, with two islands, high-end appliances, and a custom-cut Carrera Italian marble backsplash and accent walls.
There is a second kitchen for caterers when entertaining or throwing the fundraisers, as Roemer is known to do often. Her work with the American Heart Association is just part of her many philanthropic efforts.
The master suite has its own sun area, and its master bathroom features a spacious Italian marble shower with dual shower heads and additional water jets. The bath also has his-and-her vanities and toilets with bidets, plus a stand-alone tub. Most importantly, it has its own entrance to the infamous closet.
Additional rooms include a guest suite, a theater, a study, and an extra room that can be used as either a shared space or a gym.
