Just in time for Christmas, Texas A&M Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas earned a Guinness World Record for building a 39,201.8 cubic-foot gingerbread house…by no means a small feat! While the structure isn’t quite our usual luxury listing, it has some incredible giving power. All profits from entrance fees will be donated to St. Joseph’s Level II Trauma Center.

According to Bill Horton, GM of Texas A&M Traditions Club, 90% of the sugar, ginger, eggs and other supplies were donated by project supporters. The structure stands 60ft by 42ft and is made (well, mostly) of edible materials and required 3,000 pounds of brown sugar, 1,800 pounds of butter and 7,200 pounds of flour!
