Miami is about to get hotter: the luxurious NoMad Hotel chain, owned by Sydell Group, has just announced its foray into the residential market with the upcoming NoMad Residences Wynwood. Set to be located in Miami’s iconic Wynwood neighborhood, the development of the project will be headed by the Miami-based Related Group and the Manhattan-based developer Tricap.

NoMad Residences Wynwood is bringing this unique hospitality that has become synonymous with the NoMad Hotel brand to a residential experience. NoMad Residences Wynwood is set to open reservations to the public this month, with units starting in the mid $500,000 range. Located at 2700 NW 2nd Avenue, the Residences will be perched in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood.
