Vice President Kamala Harris has been busy making real estate moves since settling into the second-in-command’s residence. While waiting on the renovations of the Number One Observatory Circle, located on the grounds of the U.S. Naval Observatory, to be completed, Harris has been living in the president’s official guesthouse. The Blair House holds 14 bedrooms, 35 bathrooms, three formal dining rooms, a gym and a beauty salon.
Harris has put her Washington, D.C. condo on the market for $1.995 million. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom property was purchased by Harris in 2017 for $1.775 million. With 1,731 square feet of space, the condo features custom Italian cabinetry, teak shower floors, natural oak hardwood floors, and a walk-in pantry.
Located primely near Dupont Circle, Harris’ complex, The Westlight, offers luxury amenities as well. A heated rooftop pool with a sundeck and terrace with grills, 24/7 concierge service, and a dog-washing station are among the offerings of the residence.
Earlier this year, Harris sold her San Francisco penthouse for $799,000, which is located in the heart of the SoMa neighborhood. She and her husband, Doug Emhoff, also still own a $5 million mansion in Brentwood, California.
