The six-time all-star basketball player sold the 8,600+ sq. ft. home in the suburban community of the Miami metropolitan area that has seen increased demand as of late for its large estates and ample space.
The single-story, 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home has a gated driveway, leading to a nine-car garage and porte-cochere entrance. Additional rooms include a gym, massage room, home office, plus a formal foyer. For entertainment, it features a movie theater, wet bar, and a large back patio. The property is 2.35 acres in total, with additions including a swimming pool, spa, and guesthouse.
It was a family affair for Ross, as his sister Tawanda Roberts represented him in the deal. Kim Knausz of ONE Sotheby's International Realty represented Stoudamire.
