“The Estates at Acqualina will be the finest in the world so it’s only fitting to provide the finest in kitchen design and furnishings,” said Jules Trump, developer of The Estates at Acqualina. “We are thrilled to partner with Molteni&C who brings high fashion couture to our one-of-a-kind kitchens.”

The open kitchen design within the residences of the Boutique Tower was produced by STA Architectural Group, with Molteni&C executing it to perfection, introducing unique elements and details, as well as maximizing the ocean views. Buyers can choose their custom design with exquisite finishes.
“Molteni&C has been instrumental in bringing our ideas to life; they truly embraced our concept of an open kitchen and luxurious closets which carry our signature of effortless Miami elegance,” said Isabel Tragash, principal of STA Architectural Group.

Molteni&C also created modern closets for the Boutique and South Towers, each with eco-skin doors with a flat or diamond pattern with metal edging. The master bathrooms, powder rooms, service rooms and fireplaces can all be customized. The Molteni Group's expert technology and craftsmanship results in elegant interiors throughout residences at The Estates at Acqualina.
The project began construction in May 2018. Once completed, the South Tower will house 154 bespoke residences, while the Boutique Tower will have 94. The 45,000-square-foot, residents-only amenity complex, Villa Acqualina, will provide residents with an ice skating rink, bowling alley, a spa and gym, a boxing ring, a speakeasy stylish bar, cigar lounge, and more.
