PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, the residential tower that all but knocked out the competition with its blockbuster amenities like a boxing gym, jam room, futuristic Jetson’s style Skyport and soccer pitch, has just received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
No longer ringside to the excitement, residents hailing from a staggering 56 countries are making preparations to move in and begin enjoying the urban lifestyle, “center ring” to the best that Miami offers.
“We’re thrilled to achieve this construction milestone. It is so rewarding to see the building reach this final stage as we prepare to open the doors to the hundreds of families who will call PARAMOUNT home,” said developer Dan Kodsi.
Soaring 60 stories and commandeering the Miami skyline, PARAMOUNT is the most amenitized and most talked about building in the country. More than 750 workers have worked nearly around the clock for three years to finish the tower on time and deliver the signature tower of Miami Worldcenter, the massive 27-acre mixed-use project, second only in size to New York’s Hudson Yards.
Developed under the leadership of Dan Kodsi and Miami Worldcenter Associates and created by award-winning architecture firm Elkus Manfredi -- in collaboration with interior designer IDDI and landscape architect DS Boca - sales and construction for the tower began in 2015. To date, 90% of the 500+ residences have been purchased by an array of buyers spanning the globe, making it among the most international buildings on the planet.
With a nearly half-billion in sales, PARAMOUNT has a limited assemblage of the city- and bay-view residences remaining. Tower residences range in size from 1,180 to 2,350 square feet, with prices starting at $750 per square foot.
PARAMOUNT’s residents enjoy an authentic New York-style pedestrian-friendly lifestyle, rich with culture and entertainment. Located within walking distance to the city’s most celebrated cultural and entertainment landmarks such as the Adrienne Arsht Center, Pérez Art Museum Miami, Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, and the American Airlines Arena – residents will be just an elevator ride away from Miami’s waterfront and the vibrant blend of retail, restaurants, and nightlife planned for the mixed-use development.
“PARAMOUNT is Miami’s newest landmark and we are so very excited to have received the TCO. We cannot wait for our buyers to experience the unrivaled PARAMOUNT lifestyle firsthand,” said Peggy Fucci, CEO of OneWorld Properties, the exclusive sales brokerage for the project.
The only residential tower currently for sale within the mixed-use Miami Worldcenter site, PARAMOUNT has made international headlines with its Upper Deck, which will debut as the largest amenity deck in the U.S., spanning 90 feet above downtown Miami featuring an extraordinary array of action-packed amenities that includes the country’s first outdoor soccer field to be featured in a high-rise residential development; two tennis courts; a resort-style pool; and multiple bungalows, among others.
