Haute Residence kicked off its Haute Residence Luxury Real Estate Summit Miami 2018 with a gorgeous private dinner in partnership with The Estates At Acqualina. The intimate dinner invited the top National and Miami Power Broker panelists to get a sneak-preview into the property’s stunning, never-before-seen $38 million penthouse at The Mansions at Acqualina.
The 8,000 square-foot oceanfront penthouse features sprawling floor-to-ceiling windows, ocean and city skyline views, a private plunge pool, state-of-the-art appliances, custom full furnishings by Fendi Casa and endless residence amenities. Additionally, each penthouse comes with two parking spaces along with a Lamborghini Aventador and the Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV. Trump Group‘s President of Sales, Michael Goldstein, explained to the attendees at dinner that, “all you’ll need to move in is a golden toothbrush,” which he playfully waved to the crowd of guests to much excitement.
Dinner featured a gourmet menu prepared by the skilled Acqualina culinary team with pairings from Maison Marques & Domaines prestigious portfolio, including a Porto Tonico cocktail to start with passed h’ors doeuvres; Domaine Anderson Chardonnay with Cured Scallops for an appetizer; Domaine Anderson Pinot Noir for the entree of Beef Tenderloin or Sea Bass; and a sweet Louis Roederer Brut Rosé 2012 for dessert with a Silken Peanut Butter Crème Brûlée.
Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani raised his glass to the group and toasted to the celebratory evening kicking off the real estate summit. “It’s an honor to be amongst so many visionaries and pioneers from across the country,” he said. “Thank you to our partners, The Estates at Acqualina for opening up your doors and making this incredible event happen in such an amazing space. We’re looking forward to a fantastic Summit tomorrow.”
