On April 12, Haute Residence hosted its annual real estate summit for the fifth time in a row. Comprised of three high-profile panels - Titans of Development, Power Brokers and The Hamptons, the one-day event delved into the hottest market trends, while also focusing on evergreen real estate topics.

Moderated by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network; Peter Grant of the Wall Street Journal and Maneet Ahuja from CNBC, here are the key highlights of the 2018 Real Estate Summit:
