A ritzy Brentwood home, owned by Dorene Dominguez, chairman and CEO of Vanir Group of Companies and Sacramento Kings minority owner, is asking $5.34 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Sitauted on a cul-de-sac, the two-story Mediterranean-style, five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom estate in the posh Los Angeles neighborhood is accessed through a gated courtyard.
An arched front door opens to a 5,314-square-foot interior––featuring dark wood floors, intricate ironwork, and three stone fireplaces––where a lavish chandelier hangs above the spiral staircase in the foyer.
The living room leads to the formal dining room, and a breakfast area is located off the kitchen.
A terrace overlooks the front yard, and there is a patio and barbecue area on the grounds.
The estate was last sold for $3.136 million in 2009, according to public records.
Dominguez is the daughter of late businessman, H. Frank Dominguez, who founded construction firm, Vanir Group of Companies. She also holds part ownership of minor-league soccer team, Sacramento Republic FC.
The listing is held by Ikem Chukumerije of Westside Premier Estates and Fabi Sperling of Keller Williams Realty.
