A splendid Los Angeles mansion has been snagged for $18 million by Maroon 5’s lead vocalist Adam Levine, who also co-hosts the reality TV show, The Voice, and his wife Victoria’s Secret model, Behati Prinsloo.

The couple’s new Holmby Hills residence was listed on the market in 2016 for $27.5 million. After several price cuts, it most recently asked $19.9 million.

The gated Hollywood regency-style home, spanning roughly 9,200 square feet with five bedrooms, was built in the 1960s.

Sited on 1.2 acres, the estate boasts a pool and cabana with a bar, a three-bedroom guesthouse, and a four-car garage.

Levine and Prinsloo, who had a baby girl in September of 2016, listed their Beverly Hills home for $17.5 million with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency last summer. It was taken off the market this past March, after a price reduction to $15.95 million.

The listing in Holmby Hills was held by Linda May of Hilton & Hyland. Rappaport represented Levine in the transaction.
