The Residences at Seafire are the newest luxury residences planned for Grand Cayman, according to press materials. English interior designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who has decorated the Kardashian homes, is designing its public spaces and model residences.
Surrounded by native foliage with Seven Mile Beach as a backdrop, the 10-story building, a project developed by local firm Dart Real Estate in collaboration with SB Architects, will be the island’s tallest.
It will also be among the first LEED certified residential properties in the Caribbean.
“The most fun part about designing the residences has to be the fun factor with creating apartments that have a modern edge, but blend island life and exotic flavor together,” Bullard says. “It's like blending the perfect cocktail––keeping it easy, sexy, and full of punch. Comfort is the key to the Seafire, and high style completes the recipe, making these residences the ultimate Cayman abode.”
The Residences at Seafire’s interiors are designed with bright whites, cool wood tones, and varying shades of blue, intended to reflect the palette of the Caribbean Sea and local environment.
Convertible bi-fold doors allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living, throughout open living spaces with high ceilings and lit interiors.
Ten floors up, the highest point on Grand Cayman, is The Nest, a private lounge exclusively accessible by owners.
The Residences at Seafire, available for purchase for up to $8 million, are expected to be completed in late 2017.
