Another Pricey Pad in Western Hemisphere’s Tallest Residential Building Is Listed for $44.75M

With an asking price of $44.75 million, Unit 81B at New York City’s 432 Park Avenue is now the second most expensive listing in the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere, Mansion Global reported.

The 5,421-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment is accessed via a private elevator that leads to the 29-foot-by-44-foot corner living and dining room, the listing states. Ten-foot-by-10-foot windows allow unparalleled views of Central Park and the city skyline.

The eat-in kitchen is designed with a marble floor and marble countertops, white lacquer, natural oark cabinetry, Miele stainless steel appliances, and Dornbracht polished chrome fixtures.

In the 15-foot-by-29-foot corner master suite, there are two dressing rooms, windowed bathrooms with marble floors and walls, marble vanities with carved 22-inch oval sinks, custom wood cabinetry, a freestanding soaking tub and separate shower, radiant heated floors, and Dornbracht polished chrome bath fittings. All other bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, as well.

The full-floor, 8,255-square-foot residence on the 95th floor is the building’s most expensive with a price tag of $82 million.

Last week, unit 80B entered into contrat for $44.25 million, and unit 83 closed for $65.16 million.

Designed by architect Rafael Vinoly, 432 Park Avenue rises 1,396 feet between 56th and 56th streets.

The listing is held by Richard J. Steinberg, Sabrina Saltiel, J. Roger Erickson, and Shari Scharfer Rollins of Douglas Elliman.
