A glamorous collection of penthouses is the most recent addition to the luxurious residences at The Pacific, an upscale condominium tower in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, according to press materials.
The Pacific Penthouse Collection comprises seven seventh-floor penthouses, in addition to four two-level “Grand Penthouses,” all designed by Handel Architects.
Framed by panoramic, ceiling-height windows offering stunning views of the city in every direction, these sleek penthouses have floor plans ranging from 2,139 square feet to 4,048 square feet, with expansive, light-filled living areas.
Located on the top floors of The Pacific, the Grand Penthouses are exclusively designed with glass and steel staircases and a private wraparound terrace that stretches up to 2,264 square feet.
All penthouse designs are fully customizable by the buyer, who may choose to work with the developer and designer on any and all custom details. Floor plans can be expanded up to 8,000 square feet, with the purchase of multiple penthouses.
Described on its website as “a modern reflection of classic elegance in one of the world’s most coveted enclaves,” The Pacific, which opened in July 2016, offers a varying selection of 76 units––from one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats, to three-level townhomes and, most recently, its penthouses––that are priced up to $20 million.
The tower is furnished with over half a million dollars worth of art from local and internationally acclaimed artists.
Building amenities include a full-service concierge, a valet, an observatory lounge overlooking the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge, and an exceptionally equipped fitness center.
